WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES AND TIMES?

All shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order and we do not charge an additional handling fee.

Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and we utilize their First Class or Priority services. The First Class service is considered the standard shipping option and might take up to 10 days to receive depending where you are located in the U.S. The USPS Priority is an expedited service with delivery time between 1-3 business days. All packages shipped via USPS Priority are insured (for up to $100 order value.) For both shipping options you will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been prepare for shipment.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We will be glad to issue a refund or exchange for any unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at info@rusticmaka.com to initate the exchange or you can send them back for a refund to our headquarters:

For opened items: Sometimes products purchased online are not exactly what you’ve expected or are not working the way you’ve hoped for. We understand that! Online shopping can be difficult since you cannot touch or smell the product. If you experience any issues we will do our best to find the right solution for you. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT?

We do our best to provide sturdy shipping packaging. We use USPS boxes as well as recycled packing peanuts, bubble wrap and paper to ensure safe arrival of our products….but sometimes things get damaged. If your products are not up to par, please send an email to info@rusticmaka.com and we will make it right.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We process your orders quickly so canceling an order might not be possible. If you have received shipping confirmation, this means the order has been processed and it’s on its way. Please note that the USPS picks up orders by 2 pm EST each day (M-F).

If you have not received shipping confirmation, please email us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No, we never test our products on animals. Rustic MAKA'S Pachy Natural Deodorants are cruelty-free certified by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), a largest animal rights organization in the world. Pachy deodorants are also cruelty-free certified by eight animal protection groups, Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC), also known as the Leaping Bunny certification.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Rustic MAKA is a 100% vegan company and our Pachy Natural Deodorants are vegan certified by People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the largest animal rights organization in the world.

We are continuously dedicated to create a better future for all and pay tribute to Earth through environmentally friendly company practices and sustainable applications. We use as many organic ingredients as possible and support organic farming, which we believe is better for us, our environment and our future generations.

Our labels are printed by an environmentally friendly company that implements strategies to reduce their environmental footprint and uses inks that meet requirements based on eco standards.

For our shipping supplies we look for recyclable materials, and if possible, made from recycled resources. Most of the outer shipping boxes are recyclable and made from recycled materials. For protecting the products during shipping, we strive to reuse all supply packing materials.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We are also accepting Direct Debit Payment with your bank card using WithKash app. WithKash app will also provide 1% discount at the checkout.
