SAVE ON DEODORANT + SOAP SETS

We spend a lot of time focusing on our complexions and finding all the right products to ensure our faces stay clear, youthful and radiant, but why shouldn’t we focus just as much attention on other parts of our body too?

Our underarms for instance?

Too many people spend too little time showing their pits the type of love they deserve. We give them a quick scrub in the shower, with no real attention to what they really need to function at their best, before forgetting about them until they give us issues, like unpleasant odor at the most inconvenient times.

Don’t you think they deserve a little more care?

In this article we wanted to share some of our top tips for beautiful underarms. These tips should be just as much a part of your self-care ritual as they are for clean, healthy pits!

1. Cleanse daily

Cleansing daily with soap, like a natural bar soap is important to keep your pits clean, as well as to reduce bacteria. Our bars are formulated with clean, pit lovin’ ingredients that will not dry out or irritate your vulnerable underarm skin.

2. Exfoliate 2-3 times a week

Exfoliation is important to remove dead skin build-up and to prevent ingrown hair for the smoothest pits in town.

Our EXFOLIATE Charcoal Scrub is ideal for under your arms, as well as for your face and your body too! Charcoal helps to purify the skin and neutralize body odors, while eco-friendly bamboo gently polishes the skin, prepping it for a smoother, closer shave.

3. Speaking of shaving…

We have all experienced nasty ingrown hairs from shaving, it’s part of life and definitely not fun!

By exfoliating with our scrub, especially right before shaving, you will help to open up your pores and remove dead skin build-up so your razor doesn’t get clogged up with anything that may contribute to painful bumps.

It’s also imperative that you use a new, sharp razor to get the job done properly.

PRO TIP: We adore men’s razors over women’s ones. They have more blades and are a lot sharper, ideal for those coarser hairs under the arms or in the bikini area.

4. Use the right kind of deodorant

You deserve so much more than a questionable product, potentially made with harsh, drying ingredients that could put your pits at risk.

Let’s give some love to our precious pits with a product that truly cares about your underarms.

Here’s why we choose to go au Naturel, as well as share a few of our signature ingredients with you!

5. Let those pits breathe

Wearing loose, natural fabrics is best to allow your underarms to breathe and to avoid sweat build-up and odor. It’s important that your body is able to release toxins every day! Your pits (and your health) will thank you!

What Causes Unfavorable Body Odor Smell? It May Be These Foods You’re Eating!

We’ve all heard the term, “You are what you eat”. This rings especially true when it comes to our body odor.
