If there’s one positive thing you can do for your skin on a daily basis, it would be enveloping it in a veil of silky hydration aka apply a daily moisturizing lotion.
Many people tend to gravitate towards lotions only when the temperatures drop, and there’s a marked lack of humidity in the air. This makes sense, because naturally, dry air from bitter cold winds outdoors, to indoor heating indoors, is going to cause your skin to dry out.
After a rough few months and with the summer sunshine finally brightening our days, we thought we’d do something a little different (and a whole lot of fun!) for our next post.
We have teamed up with two of our favorite bloggers and asked them to share their favorite summer vegan/vegetarian dishes with us!
How often do you get outdoors and indulge in all that nature has to offer you?
In today’s era of technology, we naturally spend far more time indoors glued to our various gadgets and devices, forgetting that there is a world of wonder just beyond our front doors! Yes, your backyard alone can provide so many mental health benefits!
Most people don’t think too much about the type of soap bar they pick up, as long as it makes you clean right? Not quite!
If you’re using a conventional bar, often filled with cheap and drying ingredients, you’re not doing your skin any favors. It’s even worse if you’re using these harsh ingredients on your delicate facial skin.
We spend a lot of time focusing on our complexions and finding all the right products to ensure our faces stay clear, youthful and radiant, but why shouldn’t we focus just as much attention on other parts of our body too?
Our underarms for instance?
